Job Description :
- Responsible for the overall architecture design implementation enhancements and integrity of ServiceNow applications
- Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written are vital to success in the role
- Understanding user requirements and being able to translate them into the technical solution that aligns with customer expectations requires the ability to listen interpret strategize and communicate
QUALIFICATIONS :
Required :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, designing implementing and consulting on ServiceNow solutions
- CPQ concepts ProductServiceResource understanding Opportunity and quote flows understanding
- Sales and Order Management SOM For Telecom SOMT
- Customer Service Management CSM
- CSDM and CMDB
- IT Service Management ITSM
- Telecom Service Management TSM
- Telecommunication Network Inventory TNI
- Telecom background with OSSBSS knowledge and preferably B2B business
- Experience in Domain Separation and ITSM application
- Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform components security performance and compliance
- Extensive experience in third party integration REST SOAP Other methods Integration Hub and ServiceBridgeEbonding
Preferred :
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect CTA or Implementation Specialist CIS and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and Developer CAD
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Solution Design and Architecture : Defining the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions including ServiceNow core platform multiple modules integrations and configurations ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices
- Technical Consultation and Leadership : Provide expert advice lead solution sessions and connect with clients using technical expertise and leadership skills
- Thought Leadership : Establish our organization as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and expertise
- Implementation Support : Ensure collaboration standards are maintained to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions
- Integration and Automation : Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems leveraging Integration Hub web services SOAPREST EBonding and other integration techniques
- Performance Optimization : Ensuring the security scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions including performance monitoring and optimization
- Quality Assurance : Drive adherence to quality assurance best practices ensuring successful project outcomes
- Security and Compliance : Mature security solutions to meet changing compliance requirements Implement robust security measures to maintain secure client environments
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and share technical documentation contribute to the knowledge base and promote best practices
- Continuous Learning : Keep up with ServiceNow advancements to provide innovative solutions
- Client Relationships : Establish and sustain trustbased relationships with clients proactively addressing their needs and steering them toward successful results
