Job Title : ServiceNow(CSDM) Service Mapping Consultant

Location : Bangalore / Pune (Onsite)

Experience : 6+ years (Relevant 5+ years)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Service Mapping.

- Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).

- Experience designing service maps, integrations, and workflows.

- Strong validation, testing, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent documentation and diagramming capabilities.

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to manage stakeholders and conduct training/demo sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement gathering and analysis

- Design and implement ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions aligned with CSDM

- Integration with external systems and monitoring platforms

- Stakeholder communication and training

- Documentation and process governance
