Mandatory Certifications :

- CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- CAD (Certified Application Developer)

- Minimum 1 CIS Certification (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / CSM)

- Advanced ITOM Professional certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using GlideScript and JavaScript.

- Configure and enhance ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and Now Assist solutions.

- Build AI-powered workflows and Agentic AI capabilities using ServiceNow.

- Develop integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes.

- Design workflows using Flow Designer and perform automation testing with ATF.

- Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and client workshops.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and quality guidelines.
