Key Responsibilities :

- Expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Management, and Threat Intelligence.

- Implement and optimize Flow Designer workflows for automation and efficiency.

- Design and manage integrations with third-party security tools and platforms.

- Enhance and maintain Service Portal functionalities for streamlined security operations.

- Lead Major Incident Management, ensuring rapid response and resolution of security threats.

- Strong knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) for asset and service mapping.

- Develop and maintain JavaScript-based customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and best practices, improving risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SecOps capabilities and drive continuous improvements.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
