Role Overview :
Following the rapid expansion of new-name clients within the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking an experienced and technically strong ServiceNow SecOps Developer with proven expertise in implementing and supporting Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep ServiceNow development capabilities, strong understanding of security operations, and experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps engagements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing enterprise cybersecurity capabilities through automation, integrations, and scalable ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps engagements, including design, development, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using :
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Actions
- Glide APIs and scoped application best practices
- Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools such as :
- Qualys
- Tenable
- Rapid7
- Splunk
- CrowdStrike
- Other SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability scanning platforms
- Automate security workflows and develop orchestration playbooks to improve incident triage, response, and remediation
- Collaborate closely with Security Operations, Infrastructure, SOC, and ITSM teams to gather requirements and deliver robust SecOps solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues related to SecOps modules, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and development standards
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities
- Support user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation operational support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow SecOps practice
Required Skills and Experience :
- 57 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of direct experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR and VR)
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and customization using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations
- Strong understanding of :
- Security Operations processes
- Incident Response lifecycle
- Vulnerability Management and remediation workflows
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security and monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM processes, and ITIL best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments
