- At least 5+ years experience required with Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with ServiceNow SecOps applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.

- Security Knowledge: Understanding of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs).

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).

- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.

- Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Design and implement SecOps solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Define and document SecOps best practices, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.

- Ensure proper integration of IRM & SecOps with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise applications.

- Provide expertise in data modeling, table structures, relationships, and ACL configurations within ServiceNow.

Implementation & Governance :

- Deploy and configure Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and Threat Intelligence (TI).

- Integrate SecOps with third-party threat intelligence platforms such as STIX/TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK, and UpGuard.

- Automate security incident response playbooks using Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).

- Enable vulnerability scanning and patch automation by integrating with VM tools. Develop SecOps dashboards and reports for tracking security posture, incident trends, and compliance gaps.

Preference :

1. BFSI background

2. Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process

3. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS or NIST.
