Job Title : ServiceNow SecOps Developer / Lead / Architect

Job Description :

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Splunk, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).

- Write custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio to extend platform capabilities.

- Provide leadership and guidance on SecOps architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support system upgrades and patching.

- Prepare documentation and deliver technical training to internal teams when required.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow SecOps modules.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflow design.

- Good understanding of security frameworks and processes (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- ServiceNow Certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist SecOps) are a plus.
