We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Security Operations (SecOps) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules and a strong background in cybersecurity practices, enabling organizations to streamline security incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient SecOps workflows.

- Lead the customization and integration of ServiceNow SecOps modules with existing security tools and platforms to enhance automation and visibility.

- Develop best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines for ServiceNow SecOps implementations.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, optimizing workflows, and implementing new features aligned with evolving security needs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies across all implemented solutions.

- Oversee system performance, conduct regular health checks, and ensure high availability of the SecOps platform.

- Support incident investigations by providing expert analysis and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules and related ITSM processes.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.

- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, scripting (JavaScript), workflow design, and integration.

- Experience with security tools integration (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners).

- Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures that align with organizational security strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
