Title ServiceNow SAM Pro Specialist.
Location Remote.
Timings 3 PM to 11 PM IST.
Full Time Role with TribolaTech.
Requirements :
- Person must have experience in SAM PRO configuration / Modifications or who worked as SAM PRO developer.
- Person who has experience in Implement and maintains software entitlement, normalization processes using Software content service.
- Configure Publisher Packs (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.) for license metric tracking and reconciliation.
- Build custom dashboards and compliance reports for software usage, entitlement, and optimization.
- Develop and automate software reclamation workflows.
- Configure Reconciliation Rules, License Metrics, and Entitlement Normalization logic.
- Load entitlements into SAM Pro using bulk upload templates.
- Implementation of License Compliance & Reconciliation within SAM PRO module.
- Experience in loading/configuring publisher packs (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM) within SAM PRO module.
- Hands-on expertise in Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
