Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow SAM/HAM Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) solutions. The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, license compliance, CMDB data quality, and platform customization.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules on the ServiceNow platform.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software and hardware assets from procurement to retirement.

- Ensure software license compliance, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readiness.

- Develop custom logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs to meet business requirements.

- Work on CMDB integrations, discovery sources, normalization, and data reconciliation.

- Build and maintain integrations with procurement, discovery, and third-party systems.

- Monitor and improve data quality across asset and CMDB records.

- Create operational and management reports/dashboards for compliance, utilization, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and platform optimization.
