We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro.

The role involves implementing, customizing, and supporting SAM solutions to ensure effective license compliance, optimization, and integration with ITSM and ITOM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules.

- Manage and optimize software license models, usage, and compliance.

- Ensure accurate software asset lifecycle management from procurement to retirement.

- Integrate ITAM solutions with ITSM and ITOM modules for end-to-end visibility.

- Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and scripts as per requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to support audits and compliance reporting.

- Follow Agile/Scrum practices for development and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 610 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with strong focus on SAM Pro.

- Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management and license compliance.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.

- Experience working with workflows, business rules, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of ITAM and ITSM concepts.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

- ServiceNow certifications (SAM, ITAM, CSA).

- Exposure to enterprise audit and compliance processes
