Your Role :

We are seeking a passionate ServiceNow QA/Tester who can lead and execute quality assurance activities, ensuring our ServiceNow solutions meet top-notch business and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & execute QA/testing efforts for ServiceNow CSM projects aligned with Agile methodologies.

- Create & review test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules (CSM, Portal, Platform).

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers & stakeholders for complete test coverage.

- Execute manual & automated tests in ATF; log, track, and resolve defects.

- Mentor junior QA/testers in ATF writing & QA best practices.

- Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality assessments for management.

- Suggest process & tool improvements for better QA efficiency.

- Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases & testing trends.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 5-8 years in QA, with 3+ years in ServiceNow testing.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and CSM modules.

- Hands-on with Selenium, ATF, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).

- Proven leadership in QA teams & multi-project environments.

- Preferred : ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications.

Nice to Have :

- API testing & integration validation experience.

- Knowledge of ITIL & Agile methodologies.

- Strong organizational & documentation skills.

- Passion for quality, process improvement & innovation.
