ServiceNow QA Engineer (ATF) 2 to 5 Years Experience.

Openings 4.

Shift 3 PM to 11 PM IST.

Notice Period 30-45 Days.

Note ATF is must.

Role Overview :



We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Engineer with strong experience in the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support high-quality delivery of ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on test automation skills, strong functional understanding of ServiceNow modules, and basic administrative knowledge of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :



- Develop, maintain, and execute ATF automated test suites for regression, functional, and integration testing.

- Create test cases across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or custom applications based on project requirements.

- Work with consultants and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios.

- Perform manual testing including functional, UI, integration, negative testing, and UAT support.

- Ensure proper traceability from requirements to test cases.

- Log, track, and validate defects through ServiceNow or tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.

- Support platform upgrade testing and validate out-of-box functionalities.

- Follow QA standards for test data management, reusable ATF components, and documentation.

- Participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :



- 25 years of IT QA experience with at least 12 years in ServiceNow testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)test steps, parameterization, reusable components, suite execution.

- Understanding of ServiceNow platform : forms, tables, workflows, client/server scripts, ACLs, and integrations.

- Experience testing at least one major ServiceNow module (ITSM/CSM/HRSD/ITOM/GRC).

- Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP).

Good to Have :



- Basic ServiceNow Administration experience :

- Creating/updating users, groups, roles.

- Working with forms/lists configuration.

- Basic understanding of update sets.

- Running platform diagnostics and basic troubleshooting.

- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.

- Experience in testing integrations, scripted APIs, Flow Designer logic.

- Knowledge of external automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams.

- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
