Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires strong project governance, Agile delivery management, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

- Drive Agile/Scrum execution and sprint planning.

- Track sprint velocity and delivery metrics.

- Ensure timely completion of deliverables within scope and budget.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Coordinate between clients, consultants, developers, and leadership teams.

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong project management experience in ServiceNow implementations.

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.

- Strong planning and execution skills.

- Experience in risk management and stakeholder communication.

- Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

Certifications :

- PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) Mandatory

- ServiceNow Fundamentals Preferred
