Job Title : ServiceNow (SNOW) Practice Lead

Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune - Hybrid mode

Experience : 8+ years

Job Summary : We are looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to drive our ServiceNow strategy, delivery, and team leadership.

This role involves overseeing complex implementations, guiding clients through digital transformation, and building a high-performing ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the ServiceNow practice vision and roadmap.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).

- Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance.

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of ServiceNow professionals.

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) preferred.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
