Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to build, manage, and grow our ServiceNow practice.

This role combines leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in delivering ServiceNow solutions.

The Practice Lead will be responsible for driving presales, solutioning, project delivery excellence, team development, and client relationship management to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Practice Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and execute the strategy for the ServiceNow practice aligned to organizational goals.

- Develop and own service offerings across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.

- Build partnerships with ServiceNow and maintain certifications.

- Drive innovation and adoption of ServiceNow best practices across engagements.

Delivery Management :

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

- Provide thought leadership and act as an escalation point for complex technical and functional issues.

- Define delivery standards, frameworks, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations.

- Ensure projects meet ITIL and industry best practices.

Business Development & Presales :

- Support sales teams in identifying opportunities and responding to RFPs.

- Design solutions, create proposals, and present value propositions to customers.

- Build reusable solution assets, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceNow roadmap and adoption strategies.

Team Development :

- Build and lead a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers.

- Mentor, coach, and upskill team members through certifications and training.

- Drive knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the practice.

- Forecast resource needs and ensure optimal utilization of talent.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Proven track record in leading ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.

- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Certifications (preferred) :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).


- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (one or more modules).

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Developer.

Skills :

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Experience managing P&L, practice growth, and partner alliances is a plus.
