We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, Service Portal development, custom application development, and enterprise workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across ITSM, HRSD, PPM, and custom modules, along with hands-on experience building portals from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development & Implementation :

- Lead and execute implementations across ITSM, PPM, HRSD, and custom applications.

- Configure and customize ITSM processesIncident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Flow Designer.

- Implement and support HRSD workflows, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Service Portal Development :

- Develop ServiceNow Service Portals from scratch, including :

Custom widgets

a. UI Pages

b. Themes & styling

c. Catalog UI design

d. Dynamic and interactive components

- Build high-quality, reusable portals aligned with UI/UX best practices.

Custom Application Development :

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using scoped apps, tables, script includes, and automation scripts.

- Configure complex business logic, flow designer sequences, and automated workflows.

Integrations :

- Implement and manage integrations with collaboration tools such as Slack, MS Teams, or similar platforms.

- Build REST/SOAP-based integrations and streamline communication between systems.

Required Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong proficiency in :

a. ServiceNow ITSM modules

b. HRSD and employee lifecycle workflows

c. Service Portal development from the ground up

d. Flow Designer automation

e. Custom app development

- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Slack or other communication tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into functional portal components
