Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant.
Location : Pan India.
Experience : 8+ yrs.
Job Type : Contract to hire.
Notice Period : Immediate joiners.
Mandatory Skills : Certificates if any CSA, CAD, CIS
Primary Responsibilities :
- Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology.
- Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.
Basic Qualifications :
- 8+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements.
- 8+ years ITSM experience.
- 8+ years HRSD experience.
- 8+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD).
Preferred Qualifications : ITIL Foundations
