Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

The role involves defining architecture, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust and future-ready platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, integrations, and cross-module implementations, along with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and upgrade compatibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

- Define and enforce platform standards, reusable components, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical and architectural solutions.

- Optimize configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and upgrade compatibility.

- Guide development teams on implementation strategies and technical design.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance frameworks.

- Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency through automation and optimization.

Core Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.

- Hands-on experience with :

a. Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies

b. Flow Designer

c. Service Portal / Employee Center

- Experience with ACLs, security models, and access control mechanisms.

- Strong scripting expertise using GlideRecord and ServiceNow APIs.

Cross-Module Experience :

- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules :

a. ITSM (IT Service Management)

b. CSM (Customer Service Management)

c. HRSD (HR Service Delivery)

d. SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

e. SecOps (Security Operations)

Integration Skills :

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Hands-on experience with :

a. IntegrationHub

b. MID Server

c. Import Sets and data integrations

Good to Have :

- Experience working in AI-assisted development environments.

- Exposure to building automation frameworks and accelerators.

Key Competencies :
