Key Skills Required :
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing
- Expertise in Apache JMeter
- Good scripting knowledge in Java, Groovy, or JavaScript
- Experience testing ServiceNow applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and performance best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web technologies, and monitoring tools
- Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills :
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CIS)
- Experience with ATF, APM tools, or cloud platforms
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests for ServiceNow applications
- Develop and maintain JMeter scripts for ServiceNow UI, APIs, and integrations
- Collaborate with developers and architects to identify and resolve performance issues
- Prepare performance analysis reports and recommendations for stakeholders
