We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow OTSM Developer with experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Order and Task Management (OTSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in order orchestration, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure Order and Task Management (OTSM) solutions within ServiceNow.

- Define and manage the complete lifecycle of service orders, including creation, fulfillment, and closure.

- Implement order decomposition by mapping customer orders to service and resource specifications.

- Develop and automate order fulfillment workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Integration Hub.

- Design and implement error handling, order fallout management, and recovery mechanisms.

- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and maintain service relationships required for order fulfillment.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Order and Task Management (OTSM).

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and configuration.

- Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Workflows, and process automation.

- Expertise in REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub integrations.

- Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM modules.

- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and server/client-side scripting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
