Job Description :

We are hiring a ServiceNow Lead Architect with strong hands-on experience in architecture, design, and development.

The candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, FSM, APO, MCO and must be capable of handling end-to-end implementation and solution design.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions

- Work on architecture + development + customization

- Handle CSM, FSM, ITSM, APO, MCO modules

- Develop and integrate using REST APIs & JavaScript

- Collaborate with business & technical teams

- Ensure scalable and efficient solutions

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development + Architect experience

- Experience in CSM, FSM, ITSM (mandatory)

- Good communication skills

- Ready for F2F interview

- Immediate / early joiners preferred

Important Notes :

- Avoid candidates with only Admin/Support experience

- Candidate must be hands-on (not only managerial)

- Stable career preferred (no frequent job changes)
