Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Functional Technical Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The role will involve solution architecture, functional consulting, platform governance, and leading ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Define technical architecture, solution design, and platform roadmap.

- Lead ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

- Work with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.

- Provide functional and technical guidance on ServiceNow best practices and governance.

- Drive integrations, customization, configuration, and platform enhancements.

- Evaluate and leverage Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI capabilities where applicable.

- Support presales, requirement gathering, solutioning, and technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills & Certifications :

- 13-17 years of experience in ITSM / ServiceNow architecture and consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred/required.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM / ITOM / ITAM.

- ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, workflows, and governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
