About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, a solid understanding of ITIL processes, and proficiency in Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent.

- Configure ServiceNow applications in accordance with approved designs and best practices.

- Analyze application requirements and user stories to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Ensure code quality, perform unit testing, and support UAT activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training as required.

- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.

- Knowledge of SQL queries and LDAP integration (Oracle/MySQL/Active Directory).

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL processes.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.

- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.

- Java Developer certification.
