Job Description :

- Overall 8 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience inServiceNow Development.

Roles Responsibilities :

- With 5 Years of hands-on experience ServiceNow development implementation projects and enhancements.

- Expertise in designing developing customizing administering IT Service Management ITSM processes handling incidents problems changes and service requests.

- Designed End to end Integrations for the customer needs and giving demo to the customer.

- Engage in support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment.

- ITOM Discovery experience in multiple projects.

- CMDB Core concepts and hands on experience.

- Possess strong integration skills for seamless connectivity of ServiceNow with other systems.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITSM Agile Service Now platform.

- Experience in Virtual Agent is recommended.

- Experience in ServiceNow Upgrade is an added advantage.

- Work with a team to design develop implement and maintain high quality technical solutions.

- Strong technical and analytical skills to generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems.

- Fast learner and a good team member having an analytical bent of mind and positive attitude.

- Possess creative thinking and good written and verbal professional communication skills.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow CIS ITSM ITOM certifications recommended.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
