Job Summary :


We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, configure, and implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).


- Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.


- Customize and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal, Agent Workspace, and UI Builder pages.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend solutions.


- Implement and maintain automation and orchestration through Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.


- Ensure data quality and integrity across CMDB and other ITSM-related tables.


- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployments.


- Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for the ServiceNow environment.


- Create technical documentation, user training materials, and system configuration guides.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


- 25+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.


- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply within ServiceNow.


- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.


- Experience with UI Builder, Agent Workspace, or Service Portal is a plus.


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.


- ServiceNow ITSM or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.


- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), or HRSD modules.


- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies.


- Experience working in a multi-tenant or enterprise-scale ServiceNow environment.
