Transferrable Skills :

- 5-7 years of work experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management like Service Assurance area (monitoring, reconciliation etc.), any CMDB tool or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as BMC, Remedy/Helix, Jira ServiceNow Management, or Micro Focus Service Manager.

- Strong practical understanding of ITIL Frameworks and core ITSM Process.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Applicants must have 5-7 years of technical working experience

- Be willing to accept to work in any location as required that includes Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, or Bhuvaneswar

- Have English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Certifications :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
