Job Title : ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst


Location : Pan India


Experience : 3 to 6+ yrs

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice.

This position is a unique opportunity for someone with highenergy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment.

Primary Responsibilities :


- Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations.

- Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases.

- Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories.

- Document end-to-end process flow.

- Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions.

- Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.


Basic Qualifications :


- 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience.

- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployment.

- 1+ years ITSM experience.

- 1+ years HRSD experience.

- 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM).


Preferred Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification.

- ServiceNow additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc. preferred but not required.
