Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers and Architects to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design with a passion for scalable, reliable, and high-impact ITOM solutions. The Architect will lead strategy, design, and governance, while the Developer will focus on implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

For Architect :

- Lead end-to-end ITOM solution architecture, including Discovery,

- Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Define ITOM roadmap, best practices, data governance models, and architectural standards.

- Design scalable, enterprise-grade CMDB models aligned with ITIL and business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide guidance to development teams and ensure solutions are aligned with overall IT strategy.

- Conduct design reviews, health assessments, and optimization of existing implementations.

For Developer :

- Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server configuration.

- Develop patterns, probes, and sensors for automated discovery of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITOM applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Integrate third-party tools like SolarWinds, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor with ServiceNow.

- Maintain and troubleshoot CMDB data quality and CI relationships.

- Develop technical documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on ITOM.

- Strong hands-on experience in Discovery and Service Mapping.

- Solid understanding of CMDB, CI classes, and CI relationships.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud).

- Experience with MID Server deployment and troubleshooting.
