ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules.

- Build and maintain robust transformations and integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Utilize Integration Hub and Flow Designer to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM applications.

- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice adherence.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.

- Experience with Integration Hub and Flow Designer for workflow automation.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and configuration.

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise IT operations.

- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems and tools.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer or in related ServiceNow development roles.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
