ServiceNow ITOM Consultant - CMDB

Description :

- We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, develop, and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and integrations, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 2 years focused on ITOM.

- Strong experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.

- Experience with MID Server setup, probes/sensors, and integrations with external monitoring tools.

- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow development.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud), and automation.

- Knowledge of Pattern Designer and Horizontal Discovery.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
