Job Title : ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to work in a dynamic, Agile environment delivering client projects.

The candidate will act as a technical consultant, providing hands-on development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver client projects in an Agile environment.

- Serve as Technical Consultant for ServiceNow ITOM modules : CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Hardware Asset Management.

- Provide hands-on development including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, discovery schedules, event rules, application fields, business rules, client scripts, user roles/groups, and access controls.

- Develop integrations with existing IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs.

- Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automation alerts, and application management tools using plugins and APIs.

- Apply ServiceNow Sys Admin knowledge and best practices.

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery across multi-data centre deployments.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM data model.

Required Skills :

- ServiceNow ITOM : CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud & Hardware Asset Management.

- ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, business rules, client scripts, and role/access management.

- Integration experience with enterprise monitoring and ITOM tools via APIs and plugins.

- Knowledge of multi-data centre deployment, disaster recovery, and high availability.

- Understanding of CSDM data model and CMDB best practices.

- Agile methodology experience.
