We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions within our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITOM modules, strong architectural skills, and experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise IT systems to improve visibility, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.

- Develop scalable, secure, and efficient ITOM solutions aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.

- Collaborate with IT Operations, Development, and Security teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Drive automation initiatives by designing workflows and integrations that streamline IT service management processes.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to ServiceNow standards.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements or customizations to extend ITOM capabilities.

- Oversee system integration with third-party tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational coherence.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM product roadmap, trends, and industry best practices.

- Conduct regular system reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for ITOM components.

- Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITOM architecture or development roles.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrations.

- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
