ServiceNow Implementation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 8 years in the IT industry

- Expertise in ServiceNow implementation and various modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.)

- Proficient in Angular-based client-side & server-side scripting, JavaScript, and ITILv4 processes

- Lead Agile teams, plan, and track work, ensuring project goals are met

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

- Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful delivery

- Work closely with stakeholders and business users to understand requirements

- Facilitate project workshops, training, testing, and go-live support

- ServiceNow Administration certification is a must, other certifications a plus

- Provide technical solutions and integrations with LDAP, SSO, and other technologies

- Strong team management and communication skills
