Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM/SAM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementations, ServiceNow scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have solid technical capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Development & Implementation :

- Implement, configure, and enhance ITAM and SAM Pro modules on the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop custom solutions, workflows, and automations aligned with business requirements.

- Perform SAM operations including normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and optimization.

Scripting & Customization :

- Write, review, and optimize scripts including GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

- Customize the platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.

Integrations :

- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure stable data flow between systems.

Stakeholder Interaction & Communication :

- Work closely with clients, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Communicate technical details clearly and provide regular status updates.

- Participate in workshops, design discussions, and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong implementation experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server-side & client-side).

- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server/IntegrationHub).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to join immediately or within 1520 days preferred.
