About the Opportunity :

We are hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Platform Support Consultant with strong knowledge of SAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery to maintain platform health, integrations, and compliance operations.

This is a hands-on support and enhancement role ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprise ITAM workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITAM / SAM modules as per best practices.

- Develop and maintain integrations with Flexera, Snow, SCCM, and other asset discovery tools.

- Ensure data accuracy, normalization, and compliance reporting.

- Troubleshoot platform and integration issues across multiple environments.

- Support software & hardware asset lifecycle workflows and process automation.

- Collaborate with ITOM and CMDB teams to maintain CI relationships and service visibility.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Pro modules.

- Familiarity with integration design using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Normalization engines.

- Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS, or Angular.

- Experience with Software Asset Lifecycle Management.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM or ITAM preferred.
