ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain the Hardware Asset Management Workspace for operational use

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to the HAM team to support daily activities

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset-related attributes populated from both discovery sources and non-discoverable attributes

- Maintain asset lifecycle data integrity and compliance with organizational policies

- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end asset visibility

- Support audits and reporting related to hardware assets

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Hardware Asset Management

- Hands-on experience with configuration and maintenance of HAM Workspaces

- Strong understanding of asset discovery tools and integration with HAM systems

- Ability to validate and manage discoverable as well as non-discoverable hardware attributes

- Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills to guide operational teams

- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- ITIL Certification or equivalent understanding of IT Asset Management best practices

- Experience in large-scale IT environments or enterprise-level asset management

- Familiarity with compliance, licensing, and audit requirements
