We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant to implement and manage end-to-end ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This strategic role is responsible for driving asset lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and optimizing both hardware and software asset utilization to achieve cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Module Implementation : Implement and configure core ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).

- Lifecycle Management : Define and manage processes for the entire asset lifecycle, including asset request, procurement, inventory, deployment, retirement, and disposal.

- Compliance & Optimization : Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage to reduce costs.

- Configuration : Configure entitlement rules, reclamation workflows, normalization, and reconciliation processes.

- Integration : Integrate ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, Procurement, and third-party discovery/licensing tools.

- Governance & Audit : Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT operations teams to ensure asset governance. Maintain asset data accuracy and support audits with reliable reporting.

- Reporting : Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for asset lifecycle visibility.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) :

- Experience : 4- 10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2- 3 years in ITAM.

- Core ITAM : Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or HAM.

- Platform Knowledge : Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes.

- Integration Tools : Experience in integrating discovery/licensing tools (SCCM, Tanium, Flexera, Snow, BigFix).

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Certifications (Preferred) : ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITAM (SAM/HAM) certification preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping for better CMDB alignment.

- Experience with SaaS license management (O365, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.).

- Financial Management exposure (chargeback, cost optimization).
