About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Associate Consultant with expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to lead daily IT Asset Management operations and ensure software license compliance, optimization, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead day-to-day ITAM operations, monitoring software license usage and compliance.

- Manage Effective License Position (ELP) and maintain entitlement data accuracy.

- Identify and drive license reclamation and optimization opportunities.

- Support audit and compliance initiatives with accurate data and documentation.

- Collaborate with ITSM and ITOM teams to ensure end-to-end asset lifecycle visibility.

- Work closely with procurement and vendor management teams to align licensing strategy.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM SAM Pro.

- Strong understanding of entitlement reconciliation, software metering, and audit processes.

- Exposure to ITIL-based ITAM/ITSM/ITOM integrations.

- Familiarity with external tools such as Flexera or Snow (good to have).

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM preferred.
