ServiceNow IRM Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain technical design and implementation documentation for builds, integrations, and deployments.

- Design, configure, test, and implement solutions across compliance, audit, policy, vendor risk, and regulatory modules within ServiceNow IRM.

- Perform regulatory implementation reviews, code reviews, and ensure alignment with ServiceNow coding standards; coach developers in agile delivery.

- Collaborate with scrum teams to configure features, manage sprint deliverables, and prepare production-ready releases.

- Lead and facilitate UAT, integration testing, test script creation, and validation against business and compliance objectives.

- Provide technical and architectural guidance, define roadmap priorities, and recommend scalable IRM strategies that support upgrades and ongoing platform stability.

Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of ServiceNow experience; 3+ years in IRM/GRC modules

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, NIST, ISO27001)

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

- Experience with agile delivery, documentation, and UAT

- ServiceNow IRM or CSA/ CAD/ CIS-IRM certs preferred
