We are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong scripting and hands-on development experience in IRM / GRC modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow IRM solutions while supporting risk, compliance, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules.

- Configure and enhance workflows, ACLs, UI actions, and business rules.

- Implement and support Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver system enhancements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective IRM solutions.

- Support integrations and data exchanges with external systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Mandatory experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API.

- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

- Good understanding of IRM processes and governance frameworks.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow IRM or GRC certifications.

- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

- Exposure to ITSM or other ServiceNow modules
