We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules, enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance processes, and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

- Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM modules, including :

1. Policy and Compliance Management

2. Risk Management

3. Audit Management

4. Vendor Risk Management

5. Business Continuity Management

- Define scalable architecture, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.

- Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

- Provide technical leadership and best practices for platform configuration, customization, and development.

- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and performance optimization.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security, and compliance requirements.

- Mentor development teams and support project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM.

1. ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

2. GRC/IRM Frameworks

3. Risk & Compliance Management

5. Vendor Risk Management

6. Business Continuity Management

- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.

- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external system integrations.

- Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM/GRC.

- Experience working in large enterprise environments.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
