ServiceNow Integration Expert

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

- Develop REST-based APIs and ensure proper authentication, security, and data integrity for all integrations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand HR processes and translate them into technical solutions.

- Analyze existing workflows and systems to recommend process improvements and optimize integration efficiency.

- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of

integration projects.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, processes, and

configurations.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards in all integrations.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices for ServiceNow integrations.

- Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and other HR applications.

- Strong expertise in REST web services, API design, and authentication methods.

- Deep understanding of Human Resource Management systems and HR process requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual design skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and

technical teams.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional project team.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules related to HR (e.g., HR Service Delivery) is a plus.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with advanced ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, and system customization.

- Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework.
