Overview :

Seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. This role focuses on implementing robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation across enterprise systems. The specialist will leverage API frameworks, web services, and middleware tools to build secure, scalable integrations that enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware.

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow user forms, workflows, and UI policies to improve usability and optimize user experience.

- Manage and maintain CMDB, including service mapping, data normalization, and configuration item integrity for accurate dependency tracking.

- Deploy and optimize advanced ServiceNow modules such as Workflow Data Fabric Starter and ITSM Pro Plus to support automation and AI-driven ITSM processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards across ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience configuring and managing Workflow Data Fabric Starter, including orchestration of complex workflows and data pipelines.

- Expertise in ITSM Pro Plus capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Platform Analytics).

- Strong understanding of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and data fabric concepts for scalable automation.

- Advanced knowledge of CMDB best practices, service mapping, discovery, and reconciliation strategies.

- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow architecture.

- Experience with performance tuning, reporting, and dashboard creation using ServiceNow analytics tools.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance standards within ServiceNow environments.

Preferred : Experience working with clients that operate multiple ServiceNow instances and implementing efficient data sharing strategies between instances.
