Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a specialization in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex HR workflows, ensuring our HR technology stack is seamless, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).

- Integration & Automation : Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

- Best Practices : Adhere to ServiceNow "out-of-the-box" first principles, ensuring high-quality scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) and platform security.

- Data & Analytics : Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and SLAs to provide HR leadership with actionable insights and performance metrics.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct rigorous technical unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure solution integrity and scalability.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to the HRSD suite.

- Certification : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is mandatory.

- Technical Skills : Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS).

- Communication : Proven ability to document technical requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HRSD).

- Experience with Performance Analytics and Portal development.
