ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Develop and enhance HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), and Knowledge Management capabilities.

- Configure and customize HR services, COEs, lifecycle events, HR catalog items, and service workflows.

- Build and optimize HRSD processes such as case routing, SLA definitions, notifications, event triggers, and user experiences.

- Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.) and third-party HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

- Write and maintain scripts including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, delivering sprint-based enhancements.

- Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployments for HRSD releases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing HRSD modules and HR workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.

- Experience with HR integrations using MID Server, REST, SOAP, and integration hubs.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF, flow designer, and performance analytics.
