Description :

Role : Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow HRSD

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Notice Period : Immediate

Key Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module configuration and customization

- Expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center / Portal, and Lifecycle Events

- Good understanding of HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and UI Policies

- Experience integrating HRSD with third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM fundamentals

- Ability to lead HRSD implementations, perform requirement analysis, and drive end-to-end delivery

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Service Portal and UI Builder

- Familiarity with HR data security and privacy compliance (GDPR, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module, including HR Case Management, Employee Center/Portal, and Lifecycle Events

- Design and implement solutions using HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent to enhance HR service delivery

- Develop and maintain workflows and automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and UI Policies

- Integrate HRSD with third-party HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors to enable seamless data flow

- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery for HRSD implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and ITSM fundamentals throughout project delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure effective communication

and solution adoption

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
