Essential Job Functions :

- Support the HRSD System & Reporting Team in the configuration, maintenance, and management of HRSD in the ServiceNow platform.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related changes, enhancements, workflows and processes within ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and HR operations.

- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions to enhance the platform's effectiveness.

- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and end-to-end impacts to recommend and deliver scalable solutions.

ServiceNow HRSD configuration and administration :

- Hands-on HRSD administration and configuration experience, including setup and maintenance of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and COE structures.

- Strong working knowledge of Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Notifications, HR templates, and HR service configurations.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, designing and testing configurations that improve HR process efficiency and scalability.

- Experience implementing enhancements, releases, and small-scale automation with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with HR data flows and integrations (e.g., Workday to ServiceNow), ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience.

- 5+ years ServiceNow administration experience in HRSD.
