ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with a strong background in implementation and design of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience working specifically on HRSD modules, along with CSA and CAD certifications.

You will be responsible for leading remote design workshops, facilitating requirements verification and Fit-to-Standard sessions, and ensuring the solution aligns with global business needs. Strong hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow HRSD module is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead remote design workshops with global stakeholders.

- Conduct requirements verification and Fit-to-Standard sessions.

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Translate functional requirements into technical designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

- Maintain documentation and ensure solution alignment with ServiceNow best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow HRSD module.

- Proven implementation and design experience in ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

- Prior hands-on development experience in the HRSD module.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they map to ServiceNow.

- Experience conducting remote workshops and collaborating with global teams.

- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Experience working with clients in the Distribution sector is a plus.
