Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and a proven track record of building scalable, user-centric HR applications using both out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and custom development.

As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions across modules such as HR Case Management, Enterprise Onboarding, HR Integrations, Employee Center, and HR Taxonomy. You will also contribute to platform development, performance optimization, documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) functionalities.

- Act as the technical architect for HRSD implementations, including modules such as :

1. HR Case Management

2. Enterprise Onboarding

3. HR Integrations

4. Employee Center

5. HR Taxonomy

- Lead the architectural design, technical documentation, and overall governance of HRSD solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

- Develop and maintain processes and solutions using ServiceNow's HRSD platform.

- Provide end-to-end Service Portal development, including widget creation and portal configuration using :

1. JavaScript

2. HTML

3. CSS

4. jQuery

5. AJAX

6. Angular.js

- Ensure all new and existing processes are well-documented, following internal standards.

- Collaborate across development and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and support for production systems.

Experience and Skills Required :

- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and administering applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Proven experience in HRSD design and development, with a deep understanding of the HR module structure and workflows.

- Expertise in custom widget creation using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.

- Hands-on experience with Now Mobile App development.

- Strong cross-browser testing and support experience to ensure platform consistency and responsiveness.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with ServiceNow Web Services integrations, including SOAP and REST APIs.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills, with an appreciation for supporting production systems and end-users.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification.

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.

Mandatory Skills :
